Does Planner.day work with AI assistants?

Planner.day ships a built-in MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposing 34 tools over streamable HTTP. Any MCP client, including Claude, can create tasks, change status, assign work, search and read dashboards. Every call runs through the same permission checks as the web interface, and a token is limited to its scopes and its allowed workspaces.

How do I collect bug reports and feature requests from my users?

Planner.day gives you an embeddable widget that is one script tag in your own product. Users report a bug or request a feature without leaving it and without creating an account. Each submission arrives in a triage queue where approving it creates a task, and the reporter is emailed automatically when that task is done.

Can Planner.day publish a public roadmap?

Yes. Feature requests can be published to a public roadmap with anonymous voting, shown both inside the widget and on a standalone page. It is the same submission data, published, rather than a separate tool kept in sync.

What can Planner.day workflows automate?

Workflows react to task and intake events with sixteen actions: create a task or subtask, move it to another list, set status, assignees, tags, priority, type, name, start date, due date, estimate or a custom field, add a comment, and open a GitHub issue or branch. They also notify people over in-app, email, Slack and Google Chat.

Does Planner.day have whiteboards?

Yes. Whiteboards are collaborative canvases with realtime multi-cursor editing, a shape library that includes cloud architecture icons, AI-generated diagrams from a written prompt, and public share links for people outside the workspace.

Does Planner.day track time?

Yes. You can start and stop a timer on a task or log time manually, mark an entry as billable, and see actual time measured against the original estimate, both on the task itself and through analytics.

How is Planner.day different from Jira, Linear or ClickUp?

Two things those tools do not bundle: a built-in MCP server so an AI assistant can operate the board directly, and a customer feedback loop that runs from an embeddable widget through triage to an automatic email telling the reporter their issue shipped. Planner.day is also priced in rupees with a GST invoice, where the others bill in US dollars.

How much does Planner.day cost?

Planner.day has a free tier for one person, Basic at ₹500 per user per month, and Pro at ₹1,000 per user per month with the full feature set. Basic includes the MCP server, GitHub, time tracking and people analytics; whiteboards and Google Calendar are on every plan. Prices are set in rupees and invoiced with GST, so an Indian buyer pays no forex markup and receives a domestic tax invoice.

Does Planner.day integrate with Slack and Google Chat?

Yes, both. Slack supports slash commands, link unfurling and turning a message into a task, and workflow notifications can be delivered to a person or to a channel. Google Chat supports direct-message delivery of the same notifications.

Can I import my data from ClickUp?

Yes. Planner.day has a working ClickUp importer that brings across spaces, folders, lists, tasks, subtasks, statuses, assignees, tags and attachments. It has been run on six real production spaces rather than only on a sample export.

Does Planner.day work on a phone?

Yes. Planner.day is a responsive web application that works down to a 390px phone screen. Lists, boards, the task drawer, comments and notifications are all usable on mobile without installing anything.

Yes. There is a free tier that is a real product rather than an expiring trial: one person, one workspace, unlimited tasks and subtasks, list and board views, realtime updates and 100 AI credits a month. Paid plans start at ₹500 per user per month.
