The service

Planner.day provides web-based project management software. We may change features over time; material reductions will be announced in the changelog.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API and MCP tokens secret. Tokens can be revoked at any time from the admin area.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another workspace.
• Do not exceed documented rate limits deliberately.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you create. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for a material breach of these terms, with notice where circumstances allow.
