Is the Planner.day free tier a trial?
No. The Planner.day free tier does not expire and does not ask for a card. It includes unlimited tasks, list and board views, realtime updates and one workspace. Pro exists to add the MCP server, the feedback widget, the public roadmap, GitHub, dashboards and unlimited workspaces — not to unlock the basics.
What counts as a member on the Pro plan?
Pro is billed at $9 per active member per month, in USD and excluding tax. The bill follows the size of the team rather than a block of seats bought in advance, and there is no separate charge per workspace, space or list.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted when a plan changes. Downgrading keeps your tasks, comments and activity history; the paid features simply stop being available until you upgrade again. You may cancel at any time.
Do you offer invoiced billing or a purchase order?
Invoiced billing is part of the Custom plan. Free and Pro are self-serve, and Pro is charged per active member each month — so if your finance team needs an invoice, a purchase order or agreed seat counts written down, Custom is the plan to ask about.
Which plan includes the MCP server and the feedback widget?
Both are Pro features, and Custom includes everything in Pro. The free tier does not include the MCP server’s 32 tools, the embeddable widget, the public roadmap, GitHub integration, dashboards or the REST API — those are what the $9 buys.
