In one currency
Entry tier against entry tier.
Everyone else quotes in dollars, so a fair comparison needs one currency. Converted at about ₹88 to the dollar, Basic is the cheapest way into this category, and it is the only one of these that bills you domestically.
Competitor list prices at the time of writing, converted for comparison. They are billed in USD, so the rupee figure moves with the exchange rate and the card adds a forex markup. Ours does not.

Is the Planner.day free tier a trial?
No. The Planner.day free tier does not expire and does not ask for a card. It is built for one person: a single member, one workspace and one space, with unlimited tasks, list and board views and realtime updates. To invite anyone, you need Basic or Pro.
How much does Planner.day cost?
Planner.day Basic is ₹500 per user per month and Pro is ₹1,000 per user per month, both billed in Indian rupees. Basic lifts the member and workspace limits; Pro adds the MCP server, workflow automation, the feedback widget, the public roadmap, GitHub, dashboards, calendar, roadmap and custom fields. A free tier for one person is available at no charge.
What counts as a member?
A member is an active person in your workspace. Billing follows the size of the team rather than a block of seats bought in advance, and there is no separate charge per workspace, space or list.
How is billing handled?
Paid plans are invoiced in Indian rupees with a GST invoice. For an Indian buyer that means no forex markup on the card and no dollar exposure when the rupee moves. Get in touch and we will set the plan up against your account.
Which plan includes the MCP server and the feedback widget?
The MCP server is included from Basic, alongside GitHub, time tracking and people analytics. The embeddable feedback widget is a Pro feature, together with the public roadmap, workflow automation, custom dashboards, the AI assistant and the REST API. Whiteboards with sharing and Google Calendar are available on every plan, including Free.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted when a plan changes. Downgrading keeps your tasks, comments and activity history; the paid features simply stop being available until you upgrade again. You may cancel at any time.
