Meetings come from your Google Calendar, read-only. Tasks stay in Planner.day.

In one answer

Does Planner.day integrate with Google Calendar?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar and your meetings appear on the Planner.day calendar beside your tasks, so you can plan work around the time you actually have. Hover a meeting to see its guests, who has replied, and a button to join with Google Meet. The connection is read-only: Planner.day shows your calendar and never changes it. It is included on every plan.

A plan that ignores your meetings is a plan for a day you do not have. If Tuesday afternoon is three calls, the task due on Tuesday needs to be done by lunch, and that is easier to see when the calls and the task are on the same calendar.

One calendar

Connect Google Calendar and your meetings sit on the Planner.day calendar in their own colour, next to the tasks due each day. Month, week and day views all show them.

The details a hover away

Hover a meeting to see when it is, who is invited, who has said yes, and a button to join with Google Meet. You do not have to switch to another tab to check whether the 2 pm still stands.

Read-only, on purpose

Planner.day reads your calendar and never writes to it. Nothing you do in Planner.day moves, renames or deletes a meeting, so the connection carries no risk to the calendar everybody else relies on.
